How do I edit a 'not in stock' toggle button on the Product Page?

At a glance

I can find the element, but not sure how to find the state for the 'not in stock' option since its not using webflows ecom.

There's no toggle for it. If the item quantity in Shopify is equals to zero, it marks it as not in stock.
